If you already young (or close to it :)) activist of AI, we are very glad to greet you here!

Our network was created at the AI Youth Summer Camp in Kranjska Gora (www.amnestysummercamp.nl) (Slovenia) 2-8 July 2001. Those Camp participants, who wanted to continue working together and strengthen international youth cooperation inside AI, became the members of Network.

One of the ground stones of the Network is the Declaration which could be joined by all Camp participants and automatically become a member of the Network. Those young AI activists who were not at the Camp should also fill up Questionnaire of the Network Participant.

Membership in the Network doesn't imply any additional responsibilities except mutual respect, willing to understand each other and sharing principles of the Declaration.

There were some discussion groups arisen during the Camp, and some of them have developed into Working Groups. You can follow their work at the Camp site at the Youth Networking page.
